1. St Louis Rams: Ndamukong Suh DT Nebraska. Insert previous comments about this pick.
2. Detroit Lions: Russell Okung OT Oklahoma State. They’d really like to take Suh though.
3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Gerald McCoy DT Oklahoma. They’d probably liked to deal down to San Fran, but I don’t think that they could settle on a deal.
4. Washington Redskins: Sam Bradford QB Oklahoma. He’s not falling past 4 unless he has major shoulder issues. If Shanahan passes on him, his fall could be 20 picks–when Shanahan deals away picks to get him in the 20s lol.
5. Kansas City Chiefs: Bryan Bulaga OT Iowa. Status quo ante
6. Seattle Seahawks: Trent Williams OT Oklahoma. Rising up the board quickly at the same time Davis is dropping.
7. Cleveland Browns: Eric Berry S Tennessee. They’d really like a chance to take Gerald McCoy.
8. Oakland Raiders: Bruce Campbell OT UMD. Made for each other.
9. Buffalo Bills: Rolando McClain ILB Alabama. Either him or Derrick Morgan here
10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Taylor Mays S Southern Cal. Reggie Nelson is a disaster, Mays is the perfect kind of boom/bust pick that Weaver/Del Rio loves.
11. Denver Broncos(from Chicago): Terrance Cody NT Alabama. Rising back up the board, Denver needs to shore up that defense.
12. Miami Dolphins: Derrick Morgan DE/OLB Ga Tech. Still need to shore up the OLB spot, Morgan needs to learn the position, but has the skills.
13. San Francisco 49ers: Anthony Davis OT Rutgers. Davis’ slide ends here. Despite resigning Simms, they need a real RT option.
14. Seattle Seahawks(from Denver): Jahvid Best RB California. Carroll saw him up close and personal. Teaming him, Jones and Forsett could be a good combo.
15. New York Giants: Jared Odrick DL PSU. Rising up boards now, he’s the kind of versatile DLman that the Giants love.
16. Tennessee Titans: Carlos Dunlap DE Florida. Him or Hardy here.
17. San Francisco 49ers(from Carolina): Brandon Graham DE/OLB Michigan. Haralson/Lawson/Brooks are too hit/miss at OLB for their defense.
18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mike Iupati OL Idaho. Status quo ante
19. Atlanta Falcons: Greg Hardy DE Ole Miss. Despite Jerry’s injury last year, they really liked his work ethic; Hardy fits a need and comes from the same system.
20. Houston Texans: Joe Haden CB Florida. Recovered a bit with a good pro day.
21. Cincinnati Bengals: CJ Spiller RB Clemson Community College. Benson is still a one year wonder frankly, Spiller gives them some badly needed team speed.
22. New England Patriots: Tim Tebow ?? Florida. Jaws drop late in the Thursday evening, Belichick will find ways to get the ball in his hands at RB, FB, TE and slot WR/Flanker.
23. Green Bay Packers: Jason Pierre-Paul DE/OLB South Florida. A bit of a risky pick for Ted Thompson, but they could use another rusher on the edge.
24. Philadelphia Eagles: Sean Witherspoon OLB Missouri. For a defense that depends on blitzing and speed, their OLB corps problems must cause them all sorts of long term problems.
25. Baltimore Ravens: Kyle Wilson CB Boise State. Their DB corps is a total wreck.
26. Arizona Cardinals: Jerry Hughes OLB TCU. A strong pro day bounces him into the first day.
27. Dallas Cowboys: Charles Brown OT USC. A bit small for what Dallas likes in OTs, but they need to start planning for when Flozel Adams goes to the great offensive holding place in the sky.
28. San Diego Chargers: Dan Williams DL Tennessee. They’ve lost 2 members of that fantastic Igor-Williams-Castillo DLine. Rb is also a possibility here.
29. New York Jets: Damian Williams WR Southern Cal. Status quo ante
30. Minnesota Vikings: Jimmy Clausen Qb Notre Dame. His free fall ends here. I’m guessing Favre commits to coming back for next year, then hands things over to Clausen in 2014.
31. Indianapolis Colts: Donovan Warren CB Michigan. Zone Cb goes to a zone defense aching for DB help.
32. New Orleans Saints: Nate Allen S South Florida. I think that they’ll deal for DE help(Andre Carter? Osi?) and use this first to replace Sharper.
